Roma in Erfurt

Home delivery within 15 minutes. We were already happy but then: the food is the most terrible thing we have ever eaten. Completely overpriced, the carpaccio with rocket were ancient, not tasty and far too little for the money. We are bitterly disappointed and will never order there again !!!!

Worst lasagna I've ever eaten. It consisted of 80% cheese and 20% lasagne slices ... that was it. Just gross!

Were there at lunchtime, outside on the terrace, the service was quick as greyhounds, perfect, courteous. Mega delicious food, free Prosecco for the adults, price-performance ratio, highly recommended!

Great outside area. Were served very nicely. We just had a drink and took away delicious pizza. But it also looks good and clean inside. Toilet everything was clean but very long stairs down.

Made us feel very welcome. That's what I call service, warm, friendly, polite and courteous. Simply great !!!!!!!! Unfortunately, this is rarely experienced

Popped in here to sweeten the lunch break. Delicious treats from southern Europe and the world for reasonable money. Friendly staff and fast service ... the guest is very important here ... we would like to visit the restaurant again ... The only mango, smokers and construction site noise reduce the experience ...

Not recommendable. Unfortunately very dissatisfied. The two of us arrived there around noon (no reservation) and were assigned to a table outside (no very friendly greeting or anything like that). The tables were all very close together. We ordered our drinks and food (pizza and rump steak). The pizza was delivered immediately and we had to wait for the steak (half of the pizza was already eaten before the other meal was brought). To my partner's disappointment, he was unfortunately not asked how he would like the rump steak (through, medium, bloody) so it just came out medium. In between you weren't asked whether everything was okay or if there were any further requests. When paying, my partner wanted to pay by card. The waiter took the card and asked for the pin ?! And this in a self-confident tone. Of course, my partner didn't want to reveal this. So after a short discussion I was asked to just come along. When paying, the price was asked several times whether it was correct (because we were dissatisfied, we didn't want to tip for a change). Thereupon the waiter complained and said that it was appropriate to tip. I hadn't quite made my pizza so the last pieces were packed for me. At home we noticed that the pizza pieces were simply folded up and stacked on top of one another in the cling film "wrapped". So we felt all of this as a cheek and will definitely not go there anymore. (Despite all that, the food was still delicious)

Very friendly staff ... we were here on Sundays at 10 p.m. and were served excellently ... the pizza was very tasty and the pasta also tasted very good ... many thanks for that and all the best ...

Never again Were there around 9 p.m. (open until midnight according to opening times) were dispatched unfriendly. Kelner slapped the menu on the table and only called BUT ONLY ORDER PIZZA (Shortly afterwards, other dishes than pizza could be ordered at the next table) You slapped the plate with cutlery on the table so that all the cutlery was distributed over the entire table. You didn't ask if it tasted good or if you'd like to have a drink. It gave the impression that you didn't want any guests after 9 p.m. We will definitely not be back

Very nice restaurant in the old town of Erfurt with a good, varied menu. The food was good and tasty, the red wine excellent. Our service worked extremely well and was also very polite and courteous. All in all a nice visit to the restaurant.

Delicious food at affordable prices. The pasta dishes taste very good here and the portions are very large. The atmosphere here is very cozy and relaxed. Despite the many tables and the large number of guests, you are served quickly and friendly. The location is very nice and ideal if you still have something to do in the city center.

Staff was not very nice. Food was OK, there is better. 2 stars for being at the table quickly even though it was well attended. However, one cannot say exactly whether it should be positive or rather negative.

Friendly staff, with little jokes but not intrusive. Location very good near the Anger with lots of outside seating. Large selection of ice cream, other dishes are also available but we were only there to eat ice cream. Price performance is good.

Was there food yesterday, a tuna pizza and a cyclist. Went relatively brisk, service was nice and the taste of the pizza was quite good. Could have been a little more. My subsequent wish for olives was unfortunately forgotten. Overall, well eaten! 4 stars

As a Cook myself the food wasn't that bad, considering a lot of restaurants here serve frozen food.But there was no service at all. The waiter was chewing a gum while taking the order. They kept talking like we owned them money (at least the one who served us).As i said no service at all they just put things on the table not to mention that the knife was bent. On top of all of that we got "robbed" as we got served tap water you could tell because the bottle cap wasnt clipped and they just left it on the table as we couldn't see it.Few minutes later he started cleaning the table next to me with a napkin to clean it very inappropriate for a restaurant.And to sum up the waiter winked at me as I called for the receipt very unprofessionally for a restaurant, even at local fast foods I've felt more welcomed.So don't get tricked by the name.Italians are really respectful for costumers and their restaurants as Italian food represents their culture.At least to me they've been welcoming and very friendly.Personally I want quality so I don't consider quantity or the speed in serving and that's why it isn't called a fast food but a restaurant.So that's an offensive restaurant to represent the ITALIAN CLASS and HOSPITALITY.Very dissapointed with some restaurants here in Germany.NEVER COME HERE.

Whenever I go there I order "Bandnudeln al Salmone" and I love it !

We walk often, very comfortable inside. The staff is very friendly. There is almost always free space. The food is varied and very tasty. Recommend

If it were possible, I'd rate the restaurant and the experience in general 0/5. We were there twice, once to eat and once to get some drinks. The food is terrible. Not even close to actual Italian dishes. My pizza tasted like cardboard. There are better restaurants in Erfurt. The service is even worse. The waiters are very rude and impolite. We went there today and my friend ordered a milkshake, whereas I hadn't recieved the correct menu yet, so I had to wait to order. In about 10 minutes the waiter came back, so I got to order and got my order 5-10 minutes later. My friend had yet to recieve her milkshake. My "iced tea" came in an unwashed glass and it contained 25% "Lipton Iced Tea- Peach" and 75% water (and half a slice of orange)- so basically a barely flavoured water. Cut to at the very least 30 Minutes later, my friend had yet to recieve her milkshake (even though we clearly saw people coming in later than us and recieve their orders in a few minutes), so we decided to just pay for "iced tea" and leave. We had to tell the waiters thrice that we wanted to pay, so an axtra 10 minutes of waiting time and when our waiter finally came to us he said: "you had ordered a milkshake and an iced tea" so I told him that despite the almost 50 Minute wait her milkshake never came to our table. The guy got angry and started explaining us as to how busy the place was, so the milkshake would take some time. Again, we are not blind, we saw people getting their milkshakes and whatever else they ordered in a matter of minutes. Hence why my friend said that we'd waited long enough already, so we'd like to pay and leave. Then the waiter found it okay to "ban" us from the restaurant and to go to MC Donald's, because we were not cut for the restaurant. This whole thing happened outside, where the table next to us got to hear everything (her iced coffee didn't look so good either, way too thin of a consistency- so probably diluted with water as well). Well, I would like to say that the MC Donald's milkshakes cost a fraction of the price, are prepared within 2-3 Minutes AND taste better that whatever this restaurant has to offer. Won't be setting foot there again and wouldn't recomend anyone to go there.

Worst pizza I’ve had in a long time - and I even chose one of their more expensive speciality pizzas. Tourist trap - there are much better Italian restaurants within a 5-min walk.

I’d not recommend this Italien restaurant. Not cosy/nice at all, rude and stressed staff, average food. Pretty much like a tourist trap

I was going to sit on the outdoor area, but the smell of dirty wet cloth was too much to handle. The tables looked dirty and the garçon was very rude when we decided to leave, demanding explanation. I did not want to be impolite and say anything about the overwhelming smell, so he gave us the most uninviting look as of making fun of “the turists”. We didn’t stay more than 3 minutes, I do not think his manners could be justified. I did not eat there. The food might be good, I cannot tell, but I do not wish to see that man again.

Pizza was good. Pana-cota was good too. Friendly staff. Resonable price for central location.
